The BBC Ministerial Servant Leader Team (MSLT) is comprised of a group of members chosen and sent by God to assist the Pastor (under the guidance of Holy Spirit) in shepherding the Body by following His design and purposes for the Church. The MSLT members are dispersed throughout the Church Body to encourage and influence members to use their spiritual gifts for the edification of the body in teaching, preaching, and discipleship. The Ministerial Servant Leaders work with members of faith to ensure the needs for direction, development planning, coordination of programs and procedures are met. Additionally, Servant Leaders are responsible for making sure staff and parishioners individual needs are attended to as well.
